"Horrible service, I was at another state farm that closed, had nothing but good experiences with them, when they closed I was moved to this state farm. Horrible service, never cared to help me try to lower my costs, always made me feel like a burden when I had to deal with them. My bill went from 200 and something to 400 dollars, tried to call to see if they could help me find away to lower it, just said they would look into it and call back but never did. So I called another insurance company and ended up getting more coverage for only 240. Canceled with state farm same day. I was with statefarm over 20 years when I got to this state farm it was nothing but trouble"
